Monthly Consolidated Sales Report -December 2014

Hsinchu, Taiwan, January 9, 2015 - Richtek reported today that December 2014 consolidated net sales was around NT$ 946 million, up 16.29% from a year ago, and down 8.03% from November.

Ms. Lorna-Li Yao, Spokesperson, noted that with steady growth in new product shipments, Richtek's December revenue has grown significantly compared to the same period last year.
