Monthly Consolidated Sales Report -May 2015

Hsinchu, Taiwan, June 8, 2015 - Richtek reported today that May 2015 consolidated net sales was around NT$ 1,016 million, up 3.87% from a year ago, and up 0.06% from April.

Ms. Lorna-Li Yao, Spokesperson, noted that with steady growth in various new product shipments, Richtek's May revenue has grown compared to the same period last year.
