Rincon Resources Limited is an Australia-based copper-gold metals exploration company. The Company acquires, explores, and develops commercially significant resource projects in Western Australia. The Company has a 100% interest in three copper and gold projects in Western Australia. The South Telfer Project consists of six exploration licenses and two prospecting licenses covering approximately 540 square kilometers (km2) and greater than 40 kilometers (km) strike of prospective geology known to host significant gold and copper mineralization. The Kiwirrkurra Project consists of a single granted exploration license and three exploration license applications encompassing approximately 200 km2 of the Central Australian Suture zone in the West Arunta Province of Western Australia. The Laverton Gold Project consists of two granted exploration licenses and three exploration license applications. The project area is located approximately 4 km west of the Laverton township.
