Company Announcement No. 14-2021 - Inside Information

Copenhagen, November 3, 2021

Today, RISMA Systems A/S (RISMA) and Nordic Compliance Group announce a new partnership focused on joint solutions towards Nordic Compliance Group’s customers. The partnership leverages RISMA’s GDPR solution combined with the subject matter expertise within legal and compliance consulting from Nordic Compliance Group.

For Nordic Compliance Group, the partnership means that the customers will benefit from system supported GDPR compliance rather than spread sheets and manual labor, and with the legal advisors and project managers from Nordic Compliance Group customers will get the necessary consulting, service, and support to become and stay GDPR compliant.

"We are very pleased to enter into a strategic cooperation with such an important player as RISMA" says Jakob Dedenroth Bernhoft, CEO Nordic Compliance Group, and continues. "Together, we will deliver total GDPR-solutions to customers and not just software licenses and advice separately, as is often seen in the market.

“There are too many examples of companies purchasing systems that potentially do not “fly” or legal advice that is difficult to implement in the busy everyday life” says CEO Jakob Dedenroth Bernhoft.

For RISMA, the partnership is a natural step in its strategic market growth, where partnerships play an important part of the growth trajectory in the Nordics in line with RISMA’s listing on Nasdaq First North in March 2021.

“Over the past years, we have developed RISMAs platform with the purpose of being able to support advisors who wish to supplement their business of billable hours with recurring income from software licenses. We believe this is fast-growing mega trend within governance, risk & compliance, and RISMA aims to be on the forefront as a preferred partner to all types of advisors. The partnership with Jakob Dedenroth Bernhoft and Nordic Compliance Group fits perfectly into this strategy”, says Lars Nybro Munksgaard, RISMA CEO & Founder.

RISMA and Nordic Compliance Group have built a roadmap starting with a phase 1 pilot in Denmark in Q4 2021 and a phase 2 in Sweden Q1 2022. Both companies expect the partnership to have a positive business impact in 2021 with new joint customers closing during the pilot, and a significant long-term potential with the addition of new markets.
