RMH Holdings Limited Announces Resignation of Yang Zhangxin as Executive Director, Compliance Officer, Chairman of the Nomination Committee and A Member of Remuneration Committee

The board of directors of RMH Holdings Limited announced that with effect from 28 February 2024, Mr. Yang Zhangxin (Mr. Yang) resigned from his position as an executive Director, the compliance officer of the Company, the chairman of the nomination committee of the Board and a member of the remuneration committee of the Board due to his other business engagements which require more of his attention and dedication.
