The Board of Directors of Robinsons Retail Holdings, Inc. (RRHI) announced the appointment of Stanley C. Co as Managing Director of RRHI's Supermarket Segment, composed of banners Robinsons Supermarket, The Marketplace, Shopwise, Robinsons Easymart, and No Brand, effective October 1, 2021. He will be succeeding Justiniano "Jody" S. Gadia, who will be retiring as Managing Director on September 30, 2021. Gadia will continue to be part of RRHI on
an advisory role. Prior to his retirement, Gadia fulfilled pivotal leadership positions in Universal Robina Corporation for 10 years and RRHI over the last 19 years, and served as the head of RRHI's Supermarket Segment for 16 years.
Co has been with RRHI for 18 years. He served as the Group General Manager for the DIY Segment of RRHI before being appointed Deputy Managing Director of the Supermarket Segment on March 1, 2021. Co completed his Masters in Business Administration from the De La Salle University in 2003 and his undergraduate studies in Bachelor of Science in Commerce, Major in Economics from the University of Sto. Tomas in 1998.
Robinsons Retail Holdings, Inc. is a Philippines-based multiformat retailer. The Company's divisions include Supermarket, Department Store, Do-It-Yourself (DIY), Convenience Store, Drug Store and Specialty Store. The Supermarket division operates under five formats: Robinsons Supermarket, Robinsons Easymart, The Marketplace, Shopwise and No Brand.
