Notice Concerning the Status and Completion of the Repurchase of the Company's Own Shares (Repurchase of Own Shares under the Provisions of the Articles of Incorporation Pursuant to Article 165, Paragraph 2 of the Companies Act)

Robot Home, Inc. (the "Company") hereby announces the status of repurchase with regard to the repurchase of the Company's own shares under the provisions of Article 156 of the Companies Act, as applied by replacing the terms pursuant to Article 165, paragraph 3 of said Act, which was resolved at the meeting of the Board of Directors held on February 14, 2022.

The Company also announces that the repurchase of its own shares pursuant to the resolution of the meeting of the Board of Directors held on February 14, 2022 has been completed with the repurchase as outlined below.
