The Management Board of ROBYG S.A. with its seat in Warsaw (the "Company") hereby announces that on 12 February 2018 it has received a notification from AVIVA Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny Aviva BZ WBK with its seat in Warsaw according to which a fund managed by AVIVA Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny Aviva BZ WBK with its seat in Warsaw, has decreased its shareholding in the Company below 5%.
