Rohas Tecnic Berhad is a Malaysia-based utility infrastructure investment holding company. The Company is involved in regional utility infrastructure markets primarily in power and energy, telecommunication and water and sewage. Its business segments include Power transmission; Telecommunication; Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning (EPCC); Concession, and Others. It is involved the design and fabrication of power transmission towers and telecommunication towers. The EPCC segment includes mechanical and electrical engineering, procurement, erection/construction of power transmission towers and telecommunication towers, and water treatment, water supply and sewerage treatment plants. The Concession segment includes the construction, operation and maintenance of infrastructure facilities under concession basis, such as mini-hydro power plant. The Others segment includes civil and infrastructure related works and operation of a hot-dip galvanizing plant, among others.
