Brother Industries, Ltd. (TSE:6448) made an offer to acquire 99.99% stake in Roland DG Corporation (TSE:6789) for ¥64 billion on March 13, 2024. The takeover bid made by Brother Industries, Ltd. is a competing offer to the tender offer made by Taiyo XYZ Group. Brother Industries, Ltd plans on financing the necessary funds for the Tender Offer through its own funds and borrowings from financial institutions.
