Rossell India Limited is an India-based holding company. The Company is engaged in the management and operations of its business related to the aerospace and airline industry and in connection, therewith, also provides certain services and activities to support the ongoing functions and requirements of other businesses operating in such industries. The Company has two divisions: Rossell Tea and Rossell Techsys. The Rossell Tea division is engaged in the cultivation, manufacture and selling of bulk tea. The Company owns six tea estates all located in Assam, namely Dikom, Nokhroy, Nagrijuli, Romai, Namsang and Kharikatia. The Rossell Techsys division is engaged in engineering and manufacturing in aerospace and defense services. Its clients are defense public sector undertakings, defense research and development organizations, Indian defense forces and foreign original equipment manufacturers in the aerospace and defense sector. The Companyâs subsidiary is Rossell Techsys Inc.
