The Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP) hosted a forum dedicated to the practical aspects of the implementation of the National Anti-Corruption Plan. During the event, the results of the second Russian Business Anti-Corruption Rating were presented. Rosseti ranked the highest and retained its place among the rating leaders, which indicates a high level of organization of work and special attention of top managers to anti-corruption policy issues.

In 2021, the top result was shown by six participants of the rating (in the previous year, by four organizations, including PJSC Rosseti). The study involved 59 largest Russian companies. Thirty-seven criteria were taken into account: the presence of anti-corruption management at the strategic and operational levels, the inclusion of combating corruption measures in the risk management system, personnel awareness, etc.

PJSC ROSSETI implements a set of anti-corruption compliance measures, taking into account the requirements of the National Anti-Corruption Plan. The uniform Anti-Corruption Policy, the Code of Corporate Ethics and Business Conduct of Employees, as well as other local regulations have been introduced within the Rosseti Group of Companies.

The important areas of work include the declaration of income, property and obligations of managers, anti-corruption control of procurement activities, prevention and settlement of conflicts of interest, including using specialized electronic services.

Also, the Rosseti Group widely implements educational programs that contribute to the development of an anti-corruption culture and allow the formation of a responsible attitude of employees. In 2020, more than 189,000 employees underwent online training on preventing and combating corruption.
