Working in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic became one of the central topics of the meeting between Pavel Livinskiy, Director General of Rosseti, Larisa Romanovskaya, First Deputy Head of the company, with Yury Ofitserov, Chairman of the Public Organization All-Russian Electro-Trade Union, and Arkadiy Zamoskovny, President of the ERA of Russia Association.

Yury Ofitserov emphasized that timely measures, including material incentives, have helped to keep employee morale up during the pandemic.

Rosseti provided its employees with additional motivation during the spread of the coronavirus infection. Production personnel at workplaces received up to 30% increase in salary. The total amount paid was about 2 billion rubles.

To protect personnel, the work model (remote or in-person) varies depending on the situation with COVID-19 in the regions, the health status of employees is regularly monitored, personal protective equipment is provided, premises are disinfected, etc.

The digital transformation of the company, which began in 2017, made it possible to pass the peak of restrictions without compromising operational and production activities.

As part of personnel training and development for the implementation of the Digital Transformation - 2030 Concept, the corporate training system is being modernized, a digital corporate university is being created, and interaction with universities, colleges and schools is carried out.

In 2021, a start will be given to the implementation of the Digital Employee ecosystem with functionality for organizing work processes online, remote work, training, as well as a set of additional personal services for employees. Also, professional standards for power grid activities will be updated, taking into account the necessary digital competencies.

A zero injury program is under the daily control of the company's top management. This is one of the key areas of work for the Chief Engineer Unit. The measures also include: approval of injury prevention orders, introduction of a system of material and non-material motivation to boost labour discipline, provision of employees with overalls and PPE, which are constantly being improved by manufacturers, holding monthly Occupational Safety Days, setup of a separate hotline with the Chief Engineer. As part of the digital transformation, pilot projects have been introduced: an automated process for investigating microtraumas and incidents, control of the level of expertise, and a mobile team management system.

During the meeting it was noted:

· The average salary of production personnel in all subsidiaries and affiliates significantly exceeds the same indicator in the regions of presence;

· Over the past 5 years, the salaries of production personnel have been increasing at a rate exceeding inflation. In 2020, average salaries increased by 4.4%, with inflation forecast of 3.8%;

· Employees are provided with benefits and compensations in excess of the volume envisaged by the Industry Tariff Agreement.

Our task is to ensure the growth of material prosperity, social protection of employees and their families, to create motivation and conditions for the development of competencies, to form leaders of changes', concluded Pavel Livinskiy.
