This was told by the company's Director General, Andrey Ryumin, at the meeting of the Federation Council Committee on Economic Policy chaired by Andrey Kutepov.

Rosseti expects to commission about 22,000 km of power transmission lines and a transformer capacity of more than 9 GVA.

Among the largest projects, Andrey Ryumin mentioned the construction and reconstruction of power supply networks for the Eastern Range of Russian Railways: "In the nearest future, we plan to commission several large facilities in Kuzbass, Khakassia, Krasnoyarsk Territory and Primorye. These are the activities included in the national project - the Comprehensive Plan for Modernization and Expansion of Trunk Infrastructure. New network facilities are necessary not only to increase the throughput of railways, but also to address other issues, for example, the development of gold mining and coal mining companies, the port zone of Nakhodka".

In addition, among the priority tasks is to complete the new chain of the Kola-Karelian Transit, which will increase the reliability of power supply to the North-West Macroregion, the redevelopment of networks for the construction of the Moscow - Nizhny Novgorod - Kazan high-speed highway.

The meeting participants also discussed the company's preliminary results:

Rosseti Group has completed preparations for the autumn-winter period. The emergency stock of equipment and materials is 100% complete. About 10,000 emergency response and restoration teams have been formed, and over 6,000 standby power supply sources with a total capacity of almost 500 MW have been prepared.

Andrey Ryumin has noted that against the background of economic recovery, an increase in the net electricity supply from the grid is being recorded. The company expects a 10% increase in revenue at this year-end. An increase in other key indicators is projected accordingly.

In addition, the members of the Federation Council Committee discussed initiatives related to consolidation. More than 1,600 territorial grid organizations (TGO) are currently operating in Russia. Most of them are small companies that cannot guarantee the reliability of their services. In the event of accidents, such TGOs cannot restore the power supply by themselves, so the specialists of Rosseti Group are actively involved.
