ROSTELECOM Moscow, Russia - 21 November 2023. Rostelecom PJSC (MOEX: RTKM, RTKMP), the largest integrated digital service provider in Russia, today announces that its Annual General Meeting (AGM), held in absentia on 20 November 2023, approved a final cash dividend for FY 2022 on both ordinary and preferred shares. The total dividend payment will amount to RUB 19 billion, or RUB 5.4465 per ordinary or Class A preferred share. Shareholders approved 1 December 2023 as the record date.
Dividends for nominee shareholders or professional securities market participants acting as trustees that are listed in the shareholder register shall be paid within 10 business days of the record date (payment before 15 December 2023 inclusive), and dividends for other persons on the shareholder register shall be paid within 25 business days of the record date (payment before 15 January 2024 inclusive).
Additionally, shareholders approved Rostelecom's Annual Report and its financial statements for the fiscal year ended 31 December 2022, elected a new Board of Directors and Audit Committee, selected Rostelecom's auditor, and voted on other items on the AGM's agenda.
