Round One Corporation (TSE:4680) signed a share transfer agreement to acquire 32.83% stake in SK Japan Co.,Ltd. (TSE:7608) from Yasuko Kubo and Chiaki Kubo for ¥1.3 billion on October 22, 2021. Purchase price is set to ¥466 per share. Transaction is expected to close on November 25, 2021.

Round One Corporation (TSE:4680) completed the acquisition of 32.83% stake in SK Japan Co.,Ltd. (TSE:7608) from Yasuko Kubo and Chiaki Kubo on November 25, 2021.
