Van Oord acquires Delta Marine Consultants Singapore and Delta Marine Consultants Indonesia
Bunnik, the Netherlands, 24 October 2023 - BAM Infraconsult bv (BAM's civil engineering consultant in the Netherlands) has reached an agreement to transfer its subsidiaries Delta Marine Consultants Singapore and Delta Marine Consultants Indonesia to Van Oord. Financial details of the transaction are not disclosed.
Together, the two offices employ approximately 40 staff and will continue their activities as Delta Marine Consultants Singapore and Delta Marine Consultants Indonesia, respectively.
Delta Marine Consultants' main office in the Netherlands will continue its consultancy activities as DMC.
The transaction is in line with BAM's strategy 'Building a sustainable tomorrow', which focuses on the markets in the Netherlands, United Kingdom and Ireland.
The Board of BAM Infra Nederland would like to thank the colleagues in Singapore and Indonesia for their hard work and contribution for many decades.
