S&P Syndicate Public Company Limited (SET:SNP) agreed to acquire an additional 40% stake in Umenohana S&P Co.,Ltd from UMENOHANA Co., Ltd. (TSE:7604) for THB 2 million on February 23, 2023. Board of Directors of S&P Syndicate resolved to approve the acquisition. S&P Syndicate will fund the transaction from working capital. Following the transaction, S&P Syndicate holds 249,997 equal to 99.9988%, Kessuda Raiva holds 1 share equal to 0.0004%, Vitoon Sila-On holds 1 share equal to 0.0004%, and Thirakorn Raiva holds 1 share equal to 0.0004%.
