Jae-Ha Lee acquired an additional 4.3% stake in SAMBO MOTOS Co,.Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A053700) from Hyun-Joo Baek for KRW 4.5 billion on October 20, 2014. As reported, Yeon-Sung Lee acquired 0.45 million shares of SAMBO MOTOS at KRW 9,890 per share. The acquisition will be financed with own funds of KRW 7.4 billion. With the transaction, Jae-Ha Lee will now own 0.63 million shares in SAMBO MOTOS.

SAMBO MOTORS CO., LTD is a Korea-based company principally engaged in the manufacture of automobile components together with its subsidiaries. The Companyâs products portfolio consists of transmission parts including carrier plates, automatic plates, shaft assembly clutch release forks, rings, covers and center supports; engine parts including water pipes, oil screens, oil level gauges, heater pipes, stays and others, as well as fuel parts including fuel filler necks.
