LK Investment Partners Co., Ltd. entered into a contract to acquire additional 8.7% stake in Samyang Optics Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A225190) from Mirae Asset Daewoo Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A006800) for KRW 14.9 billion on July 10, 2019. Under the transaction, LK Investment will acquire 0.88 million shares for KRW 14,000 per share. As a result of the transaction, LK Investment Partners will own approximately 6.88 million shares, representing 98.2% stake in Samyang Optics. The transaction is expected to close on August 16, 2019.
