From January 1, 2024 to March 22, 2024, the company has repurchased 516,900 shares, representing 0.8% for ¥937.55 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 923,100 shares, representing 1.42% for ¥1,599.81 million under the buyback announced on November 14, 2023.
San-Ai Obbli Co Ltd, formerly San-Ai Oil Co Ltd, is a Japan-based company principally engaged in the sale of petroleum products, liquefied petroleum (LP) gas, as well as the storage and refueling of aircraft fuel. The Company operates in three business segments. Petroleum-Related Business segment sells, stores and ships petroleum products and manufactures and sells chemical products such as preservatives, fungicides and extinguishing agents. Gas-Related Business segment sells LP gas, natural gas, city gas and gas equipment. Aviation Related Business & Others segment is involved in the storage and refueling of aircraft fuel, the surface treatment of metal, the contract construction of building ancillary facilities and the rental of real estate.
