Tintina Resources Inc. announceD that Wylie Hui, Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary, and Bob Jacko, Vice-President Operations, have resigned from the Company to pursue new career opportunities.  Both Hui and Jacko have been retained as consultants as Tintina proceeds to advance the Black Butte Copper project through permitting. Anthony Jackson has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective immediately, to fill the vacancy resulting from Hui's departure. Jackson is a Principal of Bridgemark Financial Corp., which provides corporate compliance, financial advisory and financial reporting activities to public and private companies.  Nancy Schlepp has been promoted to Corporate Secretary and Vice-President Communications.  Prior to joining Tintina in 2013, Schlepp spent 10 years at the Montana Farm Bureau Federation from 2000 to 2010 as National Affairs Director and served as Commissioner in Meagher County and President of the Montana Taxpayers Association from 2010 to 2013. Matthew Fitzgerald has been appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Fitzgerald is an Australian Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in the resources industry and is currently Chief Financial Officer and Joint Company Secretary of Sandfire Resources NL.
