Ahlsell Danmark Aps completed the acquisition of 24.51298% stake in Sanistsl A/S.

Ahlsell Danmark Aps made an offer to acquire 24.51298% stake in Sanistsl A/S (CPSE:SANI) for approximately DKK 250 million on May 24, 2022. In related transaction, Ahlsell Danmark Aps agreed to acquire a 75.49% stake in Sanistsl A/S from Danske Bank A/S, Jyske Bank A/S, Nykredit Bank A/S and Nordea Bank Abp for approximately DKK 520 million on May 24, 2022. As per the transaction, Ahlsell Danmark Aps will acquire 2,922,875 shares at DKK 85.00 per share. The deadline was originally set at August 16, 2022, but the deadline has since been extended to September 6, 2022 and October 24, 2022 respectively. As of October 25, 2022, the Ahlsell Danmark ApS has extended the deadline to November 24, 2022. The transaction approved by board of directors of Sanistsl A/S and is subject to regulatory approval. Danske Bank A/S acted as financial advisor and Plesner Advokatpartnerselskab acted as legal advisor to Sanistsl A/S.
