Further to the Company's announcement dated 28 February 2011 on the subject-matter, the Board of Directors wishes to announce that there has been no further material development regarding the Memorandum of Understanding entered with Quantum Persistent Resources Sdn Bhd for the mutual interest and benefit in strengthening technical co-operation in areas relating to forensic and preventive engineering. There is no financial impact and obligation on the Company.
