UNITED SILK Co.,Ltd. announced that it has received round of funding on March 29, 2024. The transaction included the participation from new investor Sankyo Seiko Co., Ltd.
SANKYO SEIKO CO., LTD. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the fashion related business, the textile related business and the real estate leasing business. The Company operates through three business segments. The Fashion Related segment is mainly engaged in the planning, manufacture and sale of fashion products, the import and sale of overseas brand products, as well as the licensing business. The Textile Related segment is mainly engaged in the processing, planning, manufacture and sale of textile and clothing products. The Real Estate Leasing segment is mainly engaged in the leasing of real estate owned by the Company and group companies, including office, hotels and buildings. The Company is also engaged in the building maintenance business and interior decorating business.
