Sanshin Electronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "the Company") hereby notifies as follows that the release of the Company's financial results for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2020 ("FY 2019"), originally scheduled for Wednesday, May 13, 2020, is postponed, and that the briefing on said financial results is canceled.
Reason for postponement of release of the financial results
As a result of the current spread of COVID-19, as well as the Japanese government's declaration of a state of emergency for this reason, the Company's accounting and auditing operations require more time than usual. The release of the Company's FY 2019 financial results is therefore postponed.
Scheduled date of release of financial results
As a result of postponement, the release of the Company's FY 2019 financial results is now scheduled for
