International real estate advisor Savills has expanded its building consultancy team with the appointment of Howard Edgar as an associate based at the firm's Bristol office.

Howard joins the team after two years at Bailey Partnership where he was senior chartered building surveyor, prior to this role he spent five years at Lambert Smith Hampton. During his career Howard has advised across the south west on projects ranging from student accommodation, Grade II listed buildings and in town retail premises. At Savills, Howard will be supporting the team focus on party wall and technical due diligence work.

Craig Keogh, director in the building consultancy team at Savills Bristol, comments: 'We are delighted to welcome Howard to the team. His extensive background in commercial real estate and his ability to work across such diverse projects are a valuable asset to both the team and our clients.'
