Sberbank of Russia announced the appointment of heads of three divisions to its employees. The chairman of Sberbank's Siberian bank, Tatyana Galkina has been appointed head of the Sales Network division, Sberbank Life Insurance CEO Igor Kobzar has been named acting head of the Wealth Management division, and the bank's finance department director Taras Skvortsov has been appointed acting head of the Finance division.
