Appointment of Snr. Officer Yvette Anderson - Director Customer Experience

This is to advise the appointment of Yvette Anderson to the role of Director, Customer Experience and Advocacy, The Bank of Nova Scotia Jamaica Limited effective October 16, 2023.

Mrs. Anderson is a seasoned banker with 30 years' experience in the Financial Services Industry and has a proven track record of successfully leading large, high-performing teams. Having also worked in the public, retail distribution, marketing and tourism sectors, Mrs. Anderson brings a wealth of valuable experience to the Customer Experience and Advocacy Role.

She obtained her Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Economics and Accounting double major from the University of the West Indies, Mona, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business and Finance from Florida International University. She serves as a Director on the Boards of ScotiaBRIDGE and Finbiz Processing Jamaica Limited and is a member of the core Team that launched the Scotiabank Women Initiative in Jamaica.
