Runsystem Co.,Ltd. (JASDAQ:3326) entered into share transfer contract to acquire INC United Co.,Ltd. from SE Holdings and Incubations Co., Ltd. (JASDAQ:9478) and Koji Hayami for ¥80 million on April 10, 2017. Runsystem Co.,Ltd will acquire 0.0014 million shares of INC United Co.,Ltd. for ¥80 million. Runsystem Co.,Ltd. will acquire 97.79% stake in INC United Co.,Ltd. from SE Holdings and Incubations Co., Ltd. for ¥78.2 million. Board of Directors of SE Holdings and Incubations Co., Ltd made a resolution in favor of the transaction on April 10, 2017. The tentative share transfer date is May 1, 2017.
