NOTICE OF RECORD AND DIVIDEND PAYMENT DATES FOR FINAL DIVIDEND

The board of directors of Secura Group Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce that the payment of a final one-tier tax exempt dividend of 0.25 Singapore cents per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2022 (the "Final Dividend") has been approved by shareholders of the Company ("Shareholders") at the annual general meeting held by electronic means on 27 April 2023.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will be closed at 5.00 p.m. (Singapore time) on 8 May 2023 for the purpose of determining Shareholders' entitlements to the Final Dividend.

Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Company's Share Registrar, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte. Ltd., at 1 Harbourfront Avenue, #14-07 Keppel Bay Tower, Singapore 098632, up to the close of business at 5.00 p.m. (Singapore time) on 8 May 2023 will be registered to determine Shareholders' entitlements to the Final Dividend. Members whose Securities Accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at 5.00 p.m. (Singapore time) on 8 May 2023 will be entitled to the Final Dividend.

The Final Dividend will be paid on or about 15 May 2023.
