Epson receipt printers integrate with mPOS solution

Epson America Inc. has announced that its POS receipt printers can be integrated into the now available mPOS peripheral solution — The Architect by apg, a manufacturer of cash management solutions, according to a press release.

The Epson TM-m30II POS receipt printer or OmniLink TM-m50 thermal printer combine with the Architect when positioned between the optional Architect tech mounts. The tech mounts connect to the customer-facing side of the Architect topper.

When positioned down tech mounts can provide a base for SpacePole peripheral mounts and when positioned open they act as accessory cups for items like pens, sanitizer and more.

Seiko Epson Corporation specializes in the design, manufacturing and marketing of printing, visual communication and watchmaking equipment and systems, and industrial devices. Net sales break down by family of products as follows: - printing equipment (71%): printers, scanners, copiers, digital presses, fax machines, ticket printers, labellers, etc. for businesses and individuals. The group also offers consumables (ink cartridges, toners, ribbons, etc.); - visual communication systems (14.2%): multimedia projectors, smart glasses, LCD displays, etc. ; - watches and industrial products (14.1%): electronic and mechanical watches, wristwatches, chronometers, optoelectronic devices, precision machine tools, robotic systems, mechatronic products, micro-devices, etc. - other (0.7%). At the end of March 2021, Seiko Epson operated 27 production sites worldwide.
