An unknown buyer agreed to acquire 9.79% stake in Namkwang Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A001260) from Onse Telecom Corporation (KOSE:A036630) for KRW 19.6 billion on August 14, 2013. The transaction was resolved by Board of Directors of Onse Telecom on August 14, 2013. The purchase price has been revised to KRW 7.7 billion on August 23, 2013. The transaction is expected to be completed on August 19, 2013.
