Selectis Health, Inc. (the "Company"), has appointed Mary Christine Lucus to serve as the Company's Secretary, effective immediately. Ms. Lucus will replace Clifford Neuman as the Company's Secretary. Ms. Lucus currently serves as the Company's CFO and her biographical information has been previously reported.
