Selena FM S.A. signed a conditional agreement to acquire 90.1% stake in Imperalum - Sociedade Comercial De Revestimentos E ImpermeabilizaCOes, S.A. from REGRATÓPICO - SGPS, S.A. for ?13.5 million.

Selena FM S.A. (WSE:SEL) signed a conditional agreement to acquire 90.1% stake in Imperalum - Sociedade Comercial De Revestimentos E ImpermeabilizaCOes, S.A. from REGRATÓPICO - SGPS, S.A. for ?13.5 million on July 26, 2023. The final purchase price will be determined as at the closing date of the transaction by adjusting EV by the value of net debt and by differences in working capital as at that date based on the settlement mechanism provided for in the conditional agreement. The deal is conditional on the approval of the Portuguese anti-trust authority.

As on August 31, 2023, The Portuguese anti-trust authority approved the transaction.
