Sena Development Public Company Limited (SET:SENA), Theerawat Thanyalakpark and Kessara Thanyalakpark acquired Tha Phra Property Company Limited from Chittida Kamolsuwan, Naris Chanthidakun and Sakda Khachasarn for THB 300 million on January 10, 2019. Sena Development Public Company Limited, Theerawat Thanyalakpark and Kessara Thanyalakpark acquired 3 million shares at THB 100 per share. Prior to the transaction, Chittida Kamolsuwan held 2.9 million shares amounting to 99.99% stake, Naris Chanthidakun and Sakda Khachasarn held one share each. After the transaction, Sena Development Public Company Limited will hold 2.9 million shares amounting to 99.99% stake and Theerawat Thanyalakpark and Kessara Thanyalakpark will hold one share each. The transaction shall be funded through working capital of Sena Development Public Company Limited. After the transaction, Tha Phra Property Company Limited will operate as a subsidiary of Sena Development Public Company Limited. Prior to the transaction, the Board of Tha Phra Property Company Limited comprised of Chittida Kamolsuwan. After the transaction, the Board shall comprise of Theerawat Thanyalakpark, Kessara Thanyalakpark and Benyalak Thanyalakpark. The Board of Directors of Sena Development Public Company Limited approved the transaction on January 10, 2019.
