SENA J Property Public Company Limited agreed to acquire 99.98% stake in Victory Management Service and 76% stake in Acute Realty from Sena Development Public Company Limited for THB 20 million.

SENA J Property Public Company Limited (SET:SENAJ) agreed to acquire 99.98% stake in Victory Management Service and 76% stake in Acute Realty from Sena Development Public Company Limited (SET:SENA) for THB 20 million on December 13, 2022. SENA J Property acquire 12,060 ordinary shares of Victory Management for THB 16.5 million and 79,800 ordinary shares of ACR for THB 3.5 million. After the transaction SENA J will hold 99.98% and Mr. Theerawat Thanyalukphark hold 0.02% and Ms. Kessara Thanyalakpark will hold 0.01% in Victory Management Service and SENA J will hold 76% in ACR and Ms. Bussaba Suphapitiporn will hold 2.02%, Mr. Preecha Suphapitiporn will hold 10.48%, Mr. Somsak Suphapitiporn will hold 6%, Mr. Kawin Sripungwiwat will hold 5.5%.

The transaction is expected to complete on January 9, 2023. As of January 9, 2023, The Company would like to change the payment date of ordinary shares to the existing shareholders of VMS and ACR to be within January 2023.
