Ser Educacional announces the acquisition of Prova Fácil

Recife, September 3, 2021, Ser Educacional S.A. (B3 SEER3) ('SER'), one of the largest private education groups in Brazil and leader in the Northeast and North regions, in compliance with Law No. 6.404/1976 and CVM Instruction No. 358/2002, hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that on September 2, 2021, the Agreement for the Purchase and Sale of Quotas and Other Covenants ('Agreement') was entered into, through which its subsidiary 3L Tecnologias Educacionais e Soluções Digitais S.A. ('3L Digital') agreed to acquire up to 100% of the share capital of Starline Tecnologia S.A., owner of Prova Fácil ('Prova Fácil') (the 'Transaction').
