On November 29, 2017, Shandong Longji Machinery Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002363) closed the transaction. The Company amended the transaction and now received 30,226,677 shares at a price of CNY 11.47 per share for proceeds of 346,699,985.19. On November 30, 2017, new shares will listed at Shenzhen Stock Exchange. The securities being issue are subject to a trade restriction of 12 months from listing date.
