SUPPLEMENTAL ANNOUNCEMENT

IN RELATION TO CLOSURE OF REGISTER OF MEMBERS

Reference is made to the announcement dated 12 March 2021, the circular, the notice of annual general meeting, the notice of domestic shareholders' class meeting and the notice of H shareholders' class meeting all dated 29 April 2021 (the "Announcement, Circular and Notices") of Shanghai Fudan Microelectronics Group Company Limited (the "Company") in relation to the closure of register of members. Unless otherwise defined in this announcement, capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement, Circular and Notices.

Due to clerical errors, the date of transfers as disclosed in the Announcement, Circular and Notices related to closure of register of members should read as: "To be qualified to attend the AGM and Class Meetings, all transfers accompanied by the relevant share certificates must be lodged at the Company's principal place of business in the PRC at Building 4, Lane 127, Guotai Road, Shanghai, the PRC (for holders of Domestic Shares) or the Company's Share Registrar in Hong Kong, Tricor Tengis Limited, at Level 54, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen's Road East, Hong Kong (for holders of H Shares) not later than 4:30 p.m. on 30 April2021".
