(SZSE:300572) agreed to acquire 51% stake in Guangxi Chemao Automotive Technology Co., Ltd from Guangxi Nanning Yuechen Investment Management Co., Ltd., Guangxi Chenyan Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. and Guangxi Nanning Chenyue Management Consulting Services Co., Ltd. for CNY 33.15 million on January 30, 2024. The consideration consists of CNY 33.15 million in cash. As part of the consideration, CNY 33.15 million was paid towards common equity.
