Shenzhen CDL Precision Technology Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300686) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to CNY 70 million worth of its A shares. The shares will be repurchased at a price not more than CNY 20 per share. The source of funds for this share repurchase is the company's own funds. The shares repurchased will be used for equity incentives plans or employee stock ownership plans. The program will be valid for a period of 12 months.
