ShenZhen Click Technology Co.,LTD. (SZSE:002782) agreed to acquire an additional 20% stake in Shenzhen Highlight Electronic Co., Ltd. from Wei Jinfeng for CNY 119.4 million on April 12, 2023. Before this transaction, the company already held 64.25% equity of it. After the completion of this transaction, the company will hold 84.25% equity in it.
