Wang Yuetian and Shang Yunsi agreed to acquire 60% stake in Shanghai Anshibo Energy Technology Co., Ltd. from Shenzhen Honor Electronic Co., Ltd. for approximately CNY 140 million on September 28, 2023. Transaction has already been approved by Shenzhen Honor Electronic's board of director's. Transaction is still subject to approval from Shenzhen Honor Electronic's shareholders.
Shenzhen Honor Electronic Co Ltd is a China-based company mainly engaged in the research, development, production and sales of switching power supply products. The Company's main products include power adapters and server power supplies. Its products are widely used in many fields such as office electronics, set-top boxes, network communications, security monitoring, audio, financial point of sale terminals, data centers, power tools, etc. The Company conducts its businesses within the domestic market and to overseas markets such as Singapore, Hong Kong, South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, North America, South Africa and the European Union.
