Huizhou Kaizhong Precision Technology Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 150,000,000 in an equity round of funding on April 6, 2021. The transaction included participation from returning investor, Shenzhen Kaizhong Precision Technology Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002823). After the capital increase, the registered capital will increase from CNY 10,000,000 to CNY 160,000,000. The transaction has been approved at the 38th meeting of the 3rd board of directors.
