On June 11, 2016, Guangzhou Kiwi Interactive Technology Corp., Ltd. closed the transaction. The company issued 312,500 shares at CNY 65.28 per share and received the approval of the Guangzhou Industry and Commerce Bureau Tianhe branch and the new business license. Shenzhen Mindata Holding Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002137) invested for CNY 312,500 into the registered capital, and CNY 20,087,500 into the capital reserve.
