Zibo Ruiye Specialized Fourth Phase Fortune Partnership (Limited Partnership) agreed to acquire 2.2222% stake in CETC Deqing Huaying Electronics Co., Ltd. from Shenzhen Sunway Communication Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300136) for CNY 100 million on July 28, 2022. The board of Shenzhen Sunway Communication has approved the deal on July 28, 2022. Within ten working days after the agreement signing, Zibo Ruiye Specialized will pay CNY 97.5 million. Within twenty working days after the first payment, Zibo Ruiye Specialized will pay the remaining amount. CETC Deqing Huaying Electronics has reported total assets of CNY 1737.1276 million on June 30, 2022.
Shenzhen Sunway Communication Co., Ltd. specializes in the design, manufacturing and marketing of radio frequency components and solutions for the mobile telecommunication sector. The group offers antennas, connectors, acoustic modules and electromagnetic components for mobile devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.), the Internet of Things, home automation and smart vehicles. Shenzhen Sunway Communication Co. also offers technical support services.
