Shenzhen Weizhen Technology Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire 49% stake in Huizhou Yueting Electronic Co., Ltd. from ShenZhen Woer Heat-Shrinkable Material Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:002130) for CNY 41 million on September 10, 2021. The consideration shall be paid within 10 days in one time payment. As of June 30, 2021, total asset and net asset of The transaction is approved at the 24th session of 6th directorate of ShenZhen Woer.
