On October 13, 2021, FEZ INC. closed the transaction. The transaction was led by returning investor Nissay Capital Co., Ltd. The transaction included participation from new investors SHIFT Inc., for Startups No. 1 Fund, a fund managed by for Startups Capital Co., Ltd., MTG Ventures Co., Ltd., returning investor Incubate Fund.
