The cash dividend being distributed shall be rounded off proportionately to the nearest New Taiwan Dollar; where there is any cash dividend less than NT$ 1, it will be transferred to Employees' Welfare Committee of the Company. Also, the postage and remittance fee would be deducted from shareholder's cash dividend. (2)For shareholder's whose total amount of cash dividend is NT$ 30 or less will be given mail notice only.
